The gddr6 actually uses less power there are a few comparisons vs the gddr5 version and gddr6 versioncouls overclock on the core more due to having more board power budget available to it. Gamers nexus just did a comparison on YouTube.

Yeah, i thought so too. Aorus branding is only for high end gear while i expect "Eagle" would be some more affordable.
