Oh you never know what they do next year, when they again delay any improvements / new releases like 2017/2018 time...

So while we at it, how GTX1070Ti turned out? It almost killed GTX1080 for the price, but got all silent after release, cause mining crazy and other things. Nvidia locked voltage and other things, so users wont make it faster than GTX1080... So where we are now at regarding GTX1070Ti? Is it worth considering over 1070 or 1080

Wow. Are they trying to entice people to purchase a card with a.....shirt?

If it was meant to be 2080ti why would they not include the 2080 in the promotion? Still a tiny bit skeptical but deffo too soon for a 2070ti

Not really. The 1080 with 11Gb/sec ram is overall better than the 1070ti and most of the time within $50. It’s better than the 1070 but not against the price premium.

It is based on TU106 there is already a review on HardOCP

At least it was an accident, unlike when they remove shader units and RAM in a revision. Yeah, I'm going to keep these going until they cut the BS with their "revisions".

Nope it’s Gb/sec or Gbps.

If you don't mind a gimped 1080 or a slightly beefier 1070, go for it. I'd stick with the 1080 though if the price is close, why run a gimped card with a lesser memory standard just to save a few monetary units?
