yet its really easy to replace mechanical switch, for optical i wonder if its possible as easy as replacing mechanical switch, incase there is failure, it seems we need to replace whole board
speaking of durability, topre mechanical switch that estimated for 50million click.
many people using like 10years and have yet to see it failing
that based old tech, with good quality parts
for the 0.03ms actuations response, not sure if improve for most people
human reflect/response have much delay than keyboard itself... maybe for really small amount of pro-gamer will get benefit from it
but nonetheless good to see keyboard evolving
if proved this optical switch might be the future of keyboard switch
it also can be future switch for many device, like mouse or gaming pad
