I finally resolved this with a BIOS update for my asus board. What are you using for motherboard?

Have the same card, and never had this problem. The fun with millions of hardware configurations and software drivers combined. 😀

Introduces DLSS Frame Generation support for VSync when G-SYNC is enabled
Wat? So when I've been playing A Plague Tale on my LG C2 with G-sync and V-sync enabled in NVCPL it didn't work? It was selectable in the menu and all. Not sure I understand...

No, it didn't, saw clear tearing and couldn't play the game with nvidia frame generator option, also if you activated some FPS counter you would've seen not a vsync cap on framerate. Now I'm happy, it really works, it is playable with DLSS 3, need some play time to verify it in all cases.

I did have MSI AB on for one third of my playthrough and the fps was mostly locked at 120 which is my TVs refresh rate. I noticed no tearing or otherwise (I'm very sensible to that).

100% same result for me. I played the whole game with Frame generator on no DLSS on the RTX 4090. Not once did I notice tearing but there was hitching/stutter/jitter throughout the game. Will play again with RTX update Now I should double check to be sure that the hitching/stutter/jitter was not related to the driver not having G-sync working.I think I read it was the G-sync logo missing and not actual G-sync not working.
