Yes 442.59 is best driver for 1660 super, Latest drivers are causing FPS drop issue in Warzone. Those who are facing problems with new driver with 1660 Super go back to 442.59.

drivers have nothing to do with warzones drop. Not totally true, see below

Lol bro. Are you a console guy? How come you have such a little knowledge about computers. Every game has to be optimized by gpu drivers. I have applied all latest drivers after 442.59 and those all gave me huge drop of fps in warzone. Only 442.59 performed well. As you can see we 1660 super users facing driver optimization difficulty in several games.

Apparently its you that knows SFA about computers and programming, Direct3D12 doesn't adhere to the concept of driver side optimizations, the only things that can affect performance from a driver in dx12 is either the introduction of a background shader compiler that generations incorrect-for-architecture shader caches, being stuck at a lower performance profile, or correcting the function of a visual effect All of which would be bugs or a fix for one in an earlier driver. There is no performance "drop" bug in the driver, There "was" a bug that resulted in missing or skipped visuals in 442.59 and lower which magically increased FPS. You can see it in this video where a missing post process filter was restored in 442.74 [youtube=OR2_fzT50-g] Even with this bug fix, performance on the ground is more often higher on the new driver than it is with the old. PS: its the heat and wingtrails layer in the deferred renderer, as well as rotors being missing that is broken on 442.59. not rendering something gets you more fps, who'da known. on turings end [youtube=5RfNiteDHZY] again, no fps difference on the ground, unless you count 442.74 hitting higher within the margin of error.

In our community all who has 1660 super faced fps drops in every recent games with latest drivers. They all reverted back to 442.59. Its not only me. Your knowledge gathering isn't perfect. You are missing simple things. Anyway good luck. leave it. Go with your thoughts.

I love it when people go with the "all in our community" line to try and make their argument sound more valid. And then it turns out they're talking about 3 people running Athlon 64's...... Or prone to throttling laptops o_O I'd take you at your word, but I know better, If i can't readily come across it in a google search its obscure in what it affects or doesn't exist at all. Or its exactly what i said it is, broken rendering pass making framerates artificially higher and users with settings higher than they should really be using.

Does anyone know what is the best stable driver for my good old GTX980 Ti? Nvidia tend to mess up with drivers a lot and most of the 400 driver series had a lot of issues at first (kinda like most of their drivers) so I'm still using the 390.77 which said to be the stablest at the time, DOOM Eternal got other plans in store for me and now I need to have at least 442.19 or later just to run it, yet don't want to jump the gun and just go for the last driver before some research and feedbacks
