Even if they are not boosting to 1936MHz, again, at least they are not running at 1544MHz in idle, and downclocking to 136MHz as they should. Fallout 4 and Andromeda run the same.

Any performance changes are highly unlikely in the same driver branch unless specifically advertised. Newer drivers fix bugs though so no idea why some people stay on some earlier driver from the same branch.

When I installed the driver, it doesn't contain this 3.8.0.89 version.
It contains the 3.7.0 version.
Is it a bug or what ?

I've noticed more throttling with the previous release. Maybe this one will bring things back to how they were.

EDIT: Never mind...the game froze again. It was just random luck I guess. That said, running it in Windowed Fullscreen mode seems less severe/frequent than Fullscreen.
I was having a problem with Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice where if Senua died in the game, the game went to black screen and froze/crashed, every time, requiring a forced restart of the whole PC, or waiting about 15 minutes for it to respond enough to kill the task. These drivers seem to have fixed that! The drivers/OS I had tried before that which failed to fix it were 378.92 and 385.12 on Windows 10 x64 and Windows 7 x64 on an AMD FX6300.

From my side, I have reinstalled, and still 3.7.0 is proposed and not 3.8.0.89...

GRW i got strange stutters with the game's v sync best results where full screen with adaptive but i got some screen tearing.
Ran these drivers and the Tearing is gone and super smooth seem to be a good one for GRW.

Still happens. I've had lower benchmark scores between same driver branches before. Nothing worth fretting about but still something. Nonetheless I like to follow the methodology of if it isn't broke, don't fix it. Unless I am having issues or the new drivers have some performance gains I don't see any reason to update. Unlike some on here, I don't have the OCD of having the latest driver number all the time. Still I will update every once in a while just to stay current. Just not every driver. Currently using 385.12 and having no issues so I'm staying with those.

Thank god, they fixed the maximum performance bug along with whatever pissed off my gpu and gave me random crashes and guaranteed 2-4 crashes per csgo MM match. Past two drivers screwed me over, this one is doing good. 😀

I was just wondering why it is mentionned in release notes of the driver that it contains GFE version 3.8.0.89, but, in installation package of the driver, I have version 3.7.0.

Probably not a bug; 3.7 is in the package. I just didn't install experience and instead grabbed the latest version from the site.

Anyone else having a problem with DSR working? I can't get it to work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled(with DDU) and I still can't set my res any higher than 1080... Hmmm, I just checked my desktop res options and it shows the DSR ones. Soo, I can set my desktop to a higher res but in game I cannot.

I had this issue in the last set. I set my desktop to one of the DSR resolutions then back again and it showed up in game. Weird but it worked for me.
