Hope someone can confirm it on the Creators Update so I can finally do a clean format. I'll probably do a clean format anyway, since it says in the notes that the driver is ready for Windows Creators Update. Thanks for posting it.

Considering it wouldn't help Nvidia to not fix bugs relating to Ryzen, I think it's safe to assume Nvidia will be doing all they can to sort it out. There's no conspiracy here.

Hopefully these clear up my BSOD issues on my GTX1060 laptop after upgrading to Windows 10 Creators Update. Occasionally on a shutdown I will get a BSOD System_Thread_Exception_Not_Handled related to nvlddmkm.sys, I can always reproduce the BSOD by opening Nvidia Inspector, will always BSOD within 30 seconds with the same stop code.

ManuelG if you read this , the issue posted below and was finally fixed in driver 378.66 is broken again in this new driver branch 🙁

This 378.66 driver has fixed a long standing issue with limited range colour while using 1080p and 720p on 1440p and 4K monitors using Display Port. Before now for some reason the driver would set 1080p and 720p resolutions in the driver to limited colour for my monitor on Display Port , when you looked in the Control Panel 1440p would be set at full range but if you set the desktop to 1080p or played a game at 1080p or 720p , you would actualy be playing in limited colour! Only when changing resolution to 1080p or 720p in control panel and applying it would that you could see the problem , i've been having to tweak that with every driver install for months , LOL Thankyou ManuelG and all the Driver Team :thumbup:

Didn't fix the BSOD issues I mentioned. Maybe an issue with the update process, guess I will have to try a fresh install. Not having the issue on my 1080 desktop that also upgraded to 1703 from 1607.

I doubt this is about Ryzen, any issue would most likely be the app itself, driver not going to change how game uses threading or anything else.Sounds like compatibility/performance with Dx12 fix.

So tried to installed it over previous driver and failed with an freezed OS rebooted went into safe mode used DDU and reinstalled this driver all went fine had to repair my main disk with errors ! I'm on the creators update BTW

dota 2 -vulkan not smooth & still have some glitches during game-play, menu, etc. https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Dota-2-Vulkan/issues/202 Vulkan API 1.0.42 + 1703 (15063.13) also no improvement. -dx9, -dx11 & -gl no issue (stick with -dx11) IMG REMOVED - PLEASE RESIZE OR USE SPOILER TAGS

Heh, nice coincidence as I did a fresh Creator's Update Windows install today. Just got everything installed and only two games in Steam (Dark Souls and SW 2), so far so good. Tried quickly this driver with Game Mode on/off, didn't really see a difference.
