I don't care how much faster it is if the power draw requires desktop model cooling.

In my case,it is perfect, i have a laptop with a 5900HX and it isn't that fast (it is a lot faster than my previous 11900H), i almost never move it (just when i go to the Office like 1 day a month), and i don't care if it is about to lift off

Great! but I care about battery life too. It is a laptop after all.
