This card can actual use more than the "normal" 1.1v, because you can change the "voltage" on memory,gpu, and the internal rails 🙂 Just like the 3090 HOF. You just need the special OC program. Ofcourse only provided to selected overclockers. 3090 HOF and 3090ti HOF is for Ln2 overclcokers, so it's actual not useless. It's just useless for clueless people 😛
