I've got 32 and would love more. I assign half of mine to disk cache (via PrimoCache) and enjoy instantaneous load times on my most used apps when used in combo with my RAID0 SSDs. The more RAM I have, the more cache I can use, and the more apps get accelerated. It greatly improves render times and photoshop editing, and even game load times.
