Ah, good stuff. Cant wait to start comparing.

My results...note they removed mantle from the API test and replaced it with Vulkan.

Also the comparison of the API test before the Vulkan and Now.

Nvidia's Vulkan driver needs quite a bit of work. I get about half as much draw calls as with DX12 and the GPU load doesn't even hit 50 %.
EDIT:
DxTory was causing it apparently. Now it's all good.

Still hangs after the second DX12 API overhead test..
Anyone else experiencing the same?
According to developer, they found a bug, and it was supposed to be fixed with Vulkan update..

Everything else DX12 works fine.

I have strange run i have 2 parts in DX11 MT , first stop at 32 fps , second stop at 23 ( clean instal ) ... With R9 Fury i had only 1 part in DX 11 MT , now dx11 ST + MT i have 3 parts ...

My Vulkan score equals Mantle score and is lower than DX12 score. Meh

I downloaded the file from here. Uninstalled the previous version. Installed this version, it's still showing the Mantle test and not Vulkan at all.
When I look at the version number it's showing: 2.2.3509 64
I checked for updates via 3DMark, say's I have the latest version. I'm running a GTX1060. I know it supports Vulkan because I play Doom.
Any ideas or reasons as to why?

Thanks! Got it. I downloaded it from on of the sites in Europe.
From what I have seen Vulkan is the way to go. DX12 causes stuttering and glitches on both AMD/nVidia. Even though nVidia seems to struggle with Vulkan in Doom, it's still better than OpenGL.
I have a RX480 that is due back from RMA today. I'll run it as soon as I get it up and running.
I can't link my results yet.....

This is done while video encoding with Handbrake, I have a really long one in progress and didn't want to stop it.
Will go for another run in several hours after the gazillion pixels in that 4K movie finish...

I got a bigger boost in vulkan compared to dx12, and this is at lower cpu OC 4.6GHz atm, others 4.7GHz.

Fixed an issue that could cause the API Overhead feature test to fail to show a score at the end of an otherwise normal run on some systems.
This happens to me on timespy, it just says sorry an error occured, sooo smart lol

Vulkan is even faster.
The point was that in DX12 mode it does hit 99%. In Vulkan it doesn't even hit 50% (-> Vulkan driver is not well optimised or as efficient as DX12 assuming that everything is working as intended). I need to retest since I had DxTory running. Vulkan hook might not work properly yet thus causing CPU overhead. Clearly something is not working properly on my system.
EDIT:
Indeed... It looks like it was caused by DxTory:
dsbig
wait I thought vulkan was faster on AMD...
you guys with nvidia 1070s are getting 5000 more points then me...

Well, I got weird results...

DirectX 11 multi-thread
2 454 589 Draw calls per second
DirectX 12
33 556 899 Draw calls per second
Vulkan
