I'm the same. I did start playing it but it needed a better video card than I had to have it look good. I need to upgrade cards are too expensive currently.
If only I could have seen into the future and waited for this ....

No, it makes you look like someone who knows Epic are heavily influenced by the Chinese government and therefore you refuse to support them. That's my reason, and sticking with it. I have liked 200+ games on the Epic Turd Store, and I didn't buy a single one.

played first 80 minutes to see if I like it and I did.especially the design and the location.the game looks and plays cool.not that hard to run either, gtx 1070 OC got the average of 64 fps at 1440p ultra,though it can dip into mid/high 50s at times.Anything above that,1070ti/2060,you'll be enjoying at least 60 fps at 1440p ultra.

I've nothing against any online game store that gives away some pretty awesome games, and I've shown my support by actually purchasing some games (metro Exodus + expansions, Death Stranding, Control, Borderlands 3, Jedi Fallen Order, WWZ). I'd gotten way more game FOC from them than I'd purchased, can't say the same for Steam as their freebies don't appeal to me.

I wanted to get this and play .....but i kinda .... Forgot about it .... Good news for me i guess 😛 , now i am not anti egs at all i will buy the game i want where is cheaper !although if the game support modding steam is the automatic winner because of their workshop.

Played for about an hour, runs great 1440p ultra settings. Controls needed some tweaking but seems like a solid shooter experience. I got nothing bad to say about EGS.

I saw a review of the game being run on lower end GPU's, I thought there was an issue with AMD card running it with Async enabled, apparently, it affected framerates for older and lower end AMD GPU's like the RX 570/580. I tried it on my rig and Async didn't seem to affect framerate, constant 144fps since it's set to sync with my monitor refresh rate.

Is it really funny though? The cognitive dissonance is off the scale these days. It's little to no inconvenience to avoid the ETS, so I'm going to do so, fuck the CCP.
What's the worst that will happen? I have to wait 6 months for a game to no longer be an ETS exclusive, or pirate it, big whoop I'll deal with it. So long as the CCP tendrils are penetrating Epic, they won't get a cent from me.
