I might as well get it for FREE! Even though I presently do not have the hardware to play this game. EPIC in turn will love me as well as any 'newcomer' to their site is money in the bank for them and their sponsorship programs. I naturally had to register with EPIC thus officially increasing their memberships. This then giving EPIC good reason to increase their sponsorship advertising rates. No free lunches anywhere.

Unless Epic Games has seized control of Good Old Games, I'm not seeing what connection they have with this giveaway. I already own the original Last Light from 1979, or whenever it was it first released, but I figured you can't beat a free game. I've already played an hour or two, and I clearly can see the "Redux" changes; all for the better, thus far. This will provide a nice change to my annual New Year's Eve pastime, which normally consists of reading the entirety of every book found within Skyrim. While there is nothing quite like curling up with a couple of gallons of burgundy and all five of The Real Barenziah tomes, a bit of Metro will provide a fine alternative. And then, at midnight, to welcome in the New Year, I'll put a belt or two of 12.7mm through the DShK to celebrate. Can't beat that.

When I look at the GOG store (logged in) to grab this nice freebie, I can't find it. I even sorted the entire store alphabetically & other Metro titles show up, but not Last Light.

Found the game boring tbh, nice graphics and some parts here and there. But the drone of his voice drives me insane.

2033 was the best of the series
