Well, usually there have been a lot of videos with graphics that were far better than what devs were able to deliver in the actual games. Besides, there hasn't been much interesting new hardware lately. nVidia's latest series has been out for a year and the CPUs have barely improved since 2011.

Consoles still holding back what games realy should look like in DX11 ERA 2014 but nothing have realy changed sind's release new consoles its still awefull and dumb down versions and a Ubisoft game shown on E3 prolly be dumb down so it can run on a console and PC will again suffer for this. Ubisoft=Bad graphics-Uplay bad ports, for me no go zone. For next 7 years we will not see much progress im affraid, consoles already almost on there limit xbox one running 720p wtf.

Really.. are we still blaming consoles. Take the majority of the ps3 exclusives and you've got far greater titles both visually and gameplay wise than whats been available on pc for the atleast 8-10 years or whatever it is. Most of the problem with last gen was due to different architects and the porting process. This gen weve got that problem to an extent already but so far its (despite what the pc master race wants to believe) due to the fact that titles like Dead Rising 3 were never meant to see a pc release and as such the game wasnt designed with the pc in mind, but just getting it to work on the Xbox1. That then makes the porting process difficult as like whats already been said, it requires alot of work to provide bug free 60fps experience. Not a console problem.. a developer problem. They didnt bother to think that they may want to make more money later on by releasing a pc version. Thats not the Xbox1's fault. There are lots of PC exclusive put up for developement for pc via kickstarter. Are you and your friends backing all of them?

i wish folks would offer some alternative examples when they poo poo a certain game's graphics. FC3 remains one of the best looking pc games ever released yet folks still call it a crap port, and of course offer no better examples. this game will be amazing looking yet folks call it a port too. incredible.

Loving the Elephants. Enjoyed FC3. As for graphics holding back PC's. Nope. Pc's hold Pc's back. There are too many variants of GPU/CPU/RAM/MB/SOUND/ etc. Then there's people who won't upgrade to lastest os's. I have a decent PC, I also have a PS4. I play BF4 on PC, as i've only had the PS4 a short while, but it's an impressive bit of kit imo. Played through Killzone sf, Nice graphics, campaign could have been better. I've also got the beta hardline and alpha destiny. It's missing some things like dlna, but you can use plex easily enough. It's quiet. IMO PS4 is the most well designed system i've come accross. The only people that really pushed the graphics on modern GPU'S were crytek. And although i enjoyed crysis3. Mp was meh after awhile just like all the others. I'd like to see what a company could push with x3 gpu's etc as a game. But until that power becomes standard, it isn't going to happen. As for REZ. 4k is amazing. But for most people 1080p is enough and for consoles it certainly is.

Graphics are Not much Better, But Gameplay is the BEST - Ride elephants to break many game elements like door or walls, kinda like invincible, poor elephants. 🙂 So guyz we must hope that its fairly optimized and not like Watch_Dogs, or AssasinS Creed IV. AC4 was hateful 🙁

Environments were destructible in FC2. This isnt new or innovative.
