It should be OK. 240mm rad + 2x 120mm fans, large copper base, few heatpipes... The only thing I'm worried about is air exhaust grill on the side covering 240mm rad, they should make it even less dense, this one will obstruct airflow more than it should and choke/limit cooling capabilities of that side 240mm rad imho.
Would like to see this one tested here on Guru3D with and without side grill if possible to see how much it affects cooling.
Edit
Wait, wait, wait... my mistake. Both left and right grills are for air intake and they wont be a problem.

Look like (sure is) 240mm rad is mounted on the top so exhaust air grill is that one on the top, just look how dense it it is, it's insane, exhaust grill on the top chokes BIG that 240mm rad!!! 😱 This is ridiculous, so much air intake from the sides and air exhaust on the top is almost non-existant, Jeez...
But hey, it has RGB! Guess "bells and whistles department in GigaByte" is geting more money for R&D than those few guys who are responsible for thermal testing these things.
Would find it very very hard to trust anything from Gigabyte now after the debacle of their power supplies exploding and the dishonesty. These Chinese companies really need to get on top of their customer support and honesty toward customers in Europe and the US especially, otherwise people will turn their backs on them.
Stuff like their exploding power supplies, their lack of customer support and their dishonesty during and after it all just doesn't go away quickly.

In the case of westerners, it doesn't really matter what they do because pretty much all of the competitors are from China or Taiwan.
my gigabyte 1070 and it's subsequent replacement 2070s have worked well. I switched to them after a decade of EVGA GPUs thanks to EVGA's thermal pad snafu. Alas I can't buy an upgrade card no matter who makes it these days so I'll just cross my fingers i guess.
