Just saw it.
Wow !
Why do I have a feeling RTX 4000 series will be a huge massive failure ?

Nvidia does not bow down to anyone. All hail NVIDIA KING. Also nvidia will sell the rtx 4xxx lineup without problems with high margins.
Well what other nvidia partners will be leaving the GPU space. Not many have done so in the past but margins are slim and makes no sense to try and run a good chunk of a business if it loses money.
EDIT:AM I crazy the gamers nexus video is stunning picture quality on 4K OLED.Since when has gamers nexus picked up there video game quality.

Clearly the margins simply aren't there to sustain their GPU business and the second mining downturn hit them hard. EVGA has always been a popular brand due to their good reputation and quality products, but they haven't been a major AIB for a while now - or at least it seemed that way to me.
This will have no bearing on RTX 4000. As Steve rightfully pointed out, other AIBs will (well, likely already have) happily pick up the slack.

To bad, great company.
Feel bad for the employees.

Well shit... EVGA was my favourite GPU/Motherboard manufacturer 🙁

Nvidia throwing everyone under the bus with them trying to profit on miners, and then letting partners take the hit for the huge amount of gpus that cant be sold now.

What?
One of Nvidia's top tier AIB manufacturer?
Nothing surprises me anymore

Maddness
I wonder if Nvidia is really going to push their own reference boards more. Seeing as EVGA revenue is about 80% made up of Nvidia products, this cannot have been an easy decision.

EVGA seem like a good company and hopefully they can be successful with ohter and new products. I don't think the board of EVGA would make the move without having a rough plan about where to invest next.
Or maybe they are about to go bankrupt! I hope not but a lot of employees must be pretty scared right now.

Starting to see employee's posting distaste for Andrew Han, think we'll see some company politics coming out.
