Looks a bit of a mish-mash of designs to me. A bit dated.

I hope the EVGA X570S Dark have similar spec and that it is not much more expensive than this one. 🙂

The EVGA Z590 DARK once again strikes fear into the hearts of other Z590 motherboards by combining every ounce of power available to the Intel® Z590 chipset and fine-tuning it to perfection. Marketing bull. Who in their right mind would spend that amount on a Z590 mobo?

Storm Alert:

Maximus 13 Extreme's MSRP was either $799 or $899. Glacial version is even higher. Maximus 12 Extreme's MSRP was $750. This is nothing new. The eVGA Dark, which is a 2-dimm board, was designed to compete with the Z590 Maximus 13 Apex and the Asrock Z590 OC Formula, which should both be around $550 MSRP. It's not like eVGA is pricing it bad compared to the market. They aren't scamming you, regardless of what you would like to believe. The problem is how LATE this board is to market. I mean even the Gigabyte Tachyon and Asrock OC Formula beat it to market. That's bad. Couple that with iffy Bios support for daily (Look at how many Bios versions the Asus boards have gotten since March 30, 2021, and those boards are daily stable)

Wow the looks of that is a homage to the x58 classified motherboard. Nothing beat the look of those mobo's back in the day. Id defiantly use one of those since asus, msi and such are just kinda "same old style" with there last 3-4 generations of motherboards. Just diff color and add more coverings over the motherboard itself. That copper too, way to go evga. Thank god they went away from the style of the z3xx series. https://thumbs.worthpoint.com/zoom/images2/1/1215/19/evga-x58-classified-motherboard_1_0a9c5377311940b04590f843085eea48.jpg
