Heck yea, was hoping they would make these. Looks like my future custom loop just got a tad more expensive!

Are the usual heatsinks on those X99 mobo's not enough? I can't imagine a situation where your OC is that high that the regular thick heatsinks are not enough anymore.

Normal overclocking they're fine, but if you over volt your bridge chip you still want the most cooling you can get, as well as the VRM's are cooled as well as they can be they'll last longer.

i had made the vrm of a mobo burn (ok it wasn't an actual gen), with real flame and everything (btw i had learned that aluminium can burn) 🙂 of course it was extreme and a bit too far lol but for normal OC for sure it is far than enough, but when you want the best cooling solution ...

I've seen that happen too on those flimsy dell optiplex 360 series. But these kind of mobo's? The closest i've seen happen was on that one spreadsheet where they tested old AM3 motherboards with the FX series. Power delivery to the CPU comes from the Mosfets. Cooling them adequately means the difference between a successful and failed Overclock. Personally to me there just as important to cool as anything else.

Water block for X99S Gaming 9 ACK. Confused one or two pieces? Hi, I have a MSI X99S Gaming 9 ACK and the heatsink is a two piece: http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee28/davidm671/gaming9-vrms.jpg But the EK blocks are a one piece and dont cool the vrms on the left. Also in that photo not even sure the side piece makes contact to anything on the board? Thanks
