Is there any point if it dont overclock ? no matter how much power you throw at it 2150, 2175 seems to be its maximum clock speed, Something very wrong with this gpu and i personally think its has something to do with the 16 finfet manufacturing posses.

Keep Temps down and not have to worry about throttling

if it can't be pushed far from its original clock , the water block will be there for aesthetic purposes only , and that is also a strong reason !
