Correct me if I am wrong but shouldn't Full cover extend the whole length of the board much like the EK-FC 780/Titan blocks which even cover the PSU connectors? I've noticed a few boards from EK stating full cover these days. Unless they are comparing it to the universal blocks which cover just the GPU?

I think full cover just means it hits the GPU/Memory/VRM. That being said, I think it looks far better aesthetically when it covers the entire thing and I'm willing to shell out additional money for that. My Koolance block for my 980 doesn't cover the full thing and it annoys me every time I look at it.
