I guess better late than never? I mean I've had my riser installed for over two years now I believe. And it's a PCI-E 4.0 to.

No issues? Never been found of the riser cables after so many issues.

Has a Linkup sticker, why would you pay EK tax when you can buy directly from Linkup?

Not one. Between my 5700XT, 2080ti and the 3080TI now in my mini DeskStar it's shining bright like a star. LINKUP - Ultra PCIe 4.0 X16 Riser Cable [RTX3090 RX6900XT x570 B550 Z590 Tested] Shielded Extreme High-Speed Vertical Mount Gaming PCI Express Gen4┃Universal 90 Degree Socket {25cm}3.0 Gen3 Compatible https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0898QMCLS/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_16YR8PH8V87XS4H2068N?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 Bought back in 2020 June 24th. Before the release of the now top tier cards. Nice to see they're updating the description of the riser. And one needs to remember not to bend their cable in any manner than what's intended. And buy one that's either short enough, or long enough. Did my research for a hot minute before buying one. Linus had a great video on powered and regular riser cables on YouTube.

And then you get show off your work like this. Made that mount by myself for the GPU. Slot was there, but needed to be closer to the window because my 5700XT became a single slot card after blocking it up. Used the original holes from the case to move my 3080ti back a little in position.

This may be a reason to consider them again: [youtube=GTgDEYLE1Ic] Fast forward to 8:40 For people too lazy to click anyway, tl;dw - on 3080 and 3090s with heavy heatsinks board flex may lead to memory bank failure due to physical separation from the PCB - using riser cables is a solution of sorts

people should stop buying heavy cards so that these vendors actually come up with something innovative cooling wise that can actually justify the pricing.
