Is there a specific reason why there doesn't seem to be any full cover water blocks for an ASUS GTX 760?

Too mid range? I WC my 670 and even then you had posts from folk questioning why anyone would want to water cool a mid to high end GPU that already OCd fairly well and had no real cooling issues. On the other hand it may be the same issue I had that other GPU water blocks work with the 760 and thus don't require a dedicated block, a quick google threw up this http://www.ekwb.com/news/366/19/Existing-EK-FC-water-blocks-compatible-with-GeForce-GTX-760/

770 and up iirc.

It isn't an issue with water cooling as a whole for the GTX 760 as there are plenty of GPU blocks and there are even full cover water blocks for GTX 760's from other manufacturers although they may just be cards that use the reference 670 PCB and ASUS seems to usually use a custom PCB. As for why you would want to, there are plenty of reasons... To keep your system quieter, especially if you pick up a single GTX 760 and plan to SLI it later as to air cool them would mean 4-6 extra fans in your system. There are aesthetic reason too, water cooled systems look nice but not everyone needs, wants or can afford GTX 770's and above.
