175 euros to basically improve your VRM cooling a bit and void your warranty! I can't help but feel they aren't going to be shifting many units at that price on a card which already has a water block attached.

not the same thing... the original one: -cool only GPU the other part are air cooling. -are big due to the pump (and so 2 slot) -have a small rad. so i guess the EK is way better (despite i don't like too much EK myself). and single slot.

It is pretty pricey but then again so is the 295x2. If I cared to own such a GPU, I'd definitely get this water block. One of the benefits of getting a 295x2 is the fact that you have 1 less GPU to insert, which means access to 2 more PCI(e) slots that a 2nd GPU (and its heatsink) would cover up. Get a single-slot cooler and you'll even get access to a 3rd slot. That's pretty nice, IMO, especially if you have a micro ATX board and have a need for each slot. Also, the noise reduction while leaving overclocking headroom is a nice bonus.

You could call me something of an Nvidia... enthusiast, but I'm definitely liking this card alot more than the wayyyyyyy overpriced DragonTitan Z

on origin 2 GPU card where less expensive than 2 single: 9800gx2, 295gtx, 590GTX, radeon X2 etc... but now i must admit that is total robery: on AMD side 600€+600€=1500€ and on NVidia side 890€+890€=2999€... a bit sick.

This is something we can agree on. Finally people with brains who can think objectively.
