This sounds and looks nice, 295x2 showed us great performance, now this will be even better. I just hope this will be under $1000 price range with watercooler of course πŸ™‚

Don't the dual gpu cards usually cost more than the two separate ones? This is going to be one expensive beast.

Launch price for R9 295X was $1499. I expect something similar this time.

So the chips themselves will have to be underclocked compared to the single chip cards or this thing will need to come with its own power supply. I don't see how just two PCI-e connectors will do. Is the top of that new alien PC thing this board was in a giant heatsink?

It would be hilarious to see 2 8pins and 1 6 pin or something stupid like that.

Yeah I see this launching around $1500 bucks or so. I really don't see a reason for this card considering there is no dual GPU Maxwell card. I mean this might be the card for 4K gaming however we will have to wait until the benchmarks are released which could be a couple of months.

Same here. There is not much reason for us to spend any $ atm. Our systems with 970s are right there with the 980ti and Fury X. I too will be waiting till next year to see what unfolds.
