19.2.1 was a mess, wattman was broken and overclock profile didnt load corectly. This one works, no problems so far and i can use memory timings level 2 without crashing.

I updated both my rigs to 19.2.3, on my Radeon VII rig, no problem at all. But, on my dual RX VEGA64 rig, a weird issue cropped up. Displayport output suddenly stopped working, my monitor screen kept trying to display desktop, but all I get is 'Displayport HDR' tab/splash on top left of screen, usually, I get to desktop with this message tab on top left of screen (it's a feature of my monitor).
Monitor is blank, but on, I plugged in a HDMI cable and could get to desktop. Everything seemed to worked, except I can't get 144Hz refresh, instead I'm stuck with 120Hz, 144Hz is only available on the DP. I figured it was still fine, but when I play Metro Exodus, I can't get 3840x1080 though I'd set that res, instead I get 1920x1080 stretched to fit screen. Think I'm gonna revert back to 19.2.2 for my CF VEGA64 rig.....

Windows' own driver from update store is WDDM 2.6. 19.2.3 isn't yet capable of it. Just for your info. I doubled checked after format. After this installation my WDDM version degraded to 2.5 from 2.6.

Today i did a little oc session on my pc and was testing it with 3dmark time spy and i'm amazed with this my r9 380. On default clocks usually it was doing about 3063-3068 points, on this driver i reached 3081.
After this, encouraged by free boost in score from driver, having a bit of spare time i decided to try some overclocking. Few attempts later i ended up with ram clocked from 3000MHz to 3133MHz, gpu at 1120MHz, vram 1750MHz (afterburner didn't allow more, slider ends here :P ), power limit +20 and voltage +50mV. All that made score jump from stock 3068 points to 3552!!!
Here are links to scores:

Overclocked:

All this is stable and on stock aircoolers.

19H1 insider user and that's on WDDM 2.6 via the AMD insider drivers (Supplied via Microsoft's servers.) though until late March or early April perhaps it's not a huge concern outside of the fast and slow rings for Win10 insiders.
(Release preview is on a newer cumulative but until 19H1 goes RTM it usually never gets a new build and then there's skip ahead to 20H1 but there's also a later 19H2 version coming out.)
