Nvidia drivers are notorious high dpc latency culprits. Their drivers do seem to go through cycles of really horrible latency, then some correction, rinse and repeat.

It's also annoying because its effects streaming too and any streamer I happen to watch tends to have more pops/clicks because of this issue unless they use the maximum performance profile

It may be ok for some people, but some people certainly have higher dpc latency than that due to the recent NVidia drivers - I think they should get it sorted out, their drivers are getting worse, NVidia used to be pretty squeaky clean when it came to drivers.

Mmmm... Can a profile support more than one game? Because I don't see a re4 remake specific profile. The Resident Evil 4 profile mentions two exes, bio4 and re4.
