I've had that for a bit now, it's only in browser portions of Steam (like the store or community or whatever). I don't think it has anything to do with the drivers, I think it has to do with Valve changing the source base of Chromium recently that Steam uses.

Yes I do, had it since the last driver and it's very annoying:wanker:

Force VSYNC in Nvidia Control Panel. All gone.

That doesn't work.
