If this is basically the same as the beta then its a no go for me. I play a lot of Dota2 and these drivers make the game run in 2d clocks until I alt-tab out and even then my GPU doesn't run at full speed which causes some stuttering on occasion.

This just a signed version of the Beta ? EDIT - wtf, Ive seen a couple threads now where the first reply ends up replacing the OP position... it says I replied to the thread 2 minutes before it was posted
Wtf, I see you as the OP aswell. ontopic: time to update.

I'm guessing this is the non-beta version?

Wait what? This explains my issue. Before I went home on vacation I was getting really ****ty fps in dota2, i thought valve messed something up on their new snowy map. I was getting sub-100 fps, which is not good for my 144Hz monitor. This could be the problem.

I have heard this driver allows you to change your dynamic range to full finnaly? Supposedly that option is supposed to be under "adjust desktop color settings" but I only see it under "adjust video color settings?" Is that the correct option? Running sig rig to a QNIX 2710 via DLDVI(obviously).
