Yeah, but it should be out in less than a week - otherwise it won't really be "1709" is it? I expect RTM to release soon with ISO tool being updated to install it right away.

So is this newer or older then 387.68 the driver from windows update for insiders. Maybe someone could do some comparison on project cars 2 as windows will see 385.69 driver as older then my 387.68 driver and will just override it again or does 387.68 have all the optimisations this driver has

385.41 performed similarly to 387.68, most likely this one should be good also.

Hey all..When reporting driver results, issues etc. would you please indicate what version of Windows? Win. 7, etc. Some of are still with Win. 7. In my case, I intend to stay with it for a while. Thanks all..

387.68 has been good on my rig running Windows 16294.1 Insiders Preview.
So, I think I'm gonna skip this one. Thanks for the heads up anyways. 🙂

YCbCr color format is still buggy, contrast, brightness and the vibrance go sometimes mad after closing a full-screen game, win10 (15063.608). Hope the Fall CU fixes it.

But the release date is already known? Its definitely in October. For that matter, 1703 (ie. Creators Update) didn't release until April either.

where vulkan installer? i always remove everything by old driver before install the new including vulkan, and these new not installed vulkan here

Vulkan should be installed in shadow mode, but you can uninstall Vulkun with the uninstaller .... C:\Program Files (x86)\VulkanRT\1.0.54.1 or your Version

Gpu Caps Viewer[/URL] is a very good tool to determine which version is installed

Thanks for writing this. I came here specifically check for that.
Having to have retarded contast range ( no deep colour ) because of having to have ycbr 422....just so you can get hdr in a few games is so stupid. I am going to stick with my pre hdr screw up driver for much longer then.
Nvidia can't keep blaming windows....they had an update to fix hdr compatibility and before and after than windows patch the old drivers still have perfect hdr when the new ones do not.

Ive had problems installing these ,3 failed attempts where as the installer can't find any compatible graphics adapter so ive ran DDU in safe mode and after two more reboots it has installed and seems to be working normally now , this is on Windows 10 64bit so i don't know if it was a problem with the driver or my O/S or just a bug either way i can't find anything in Windows Event Viewer relating to the failed installs attempts .
