You mean this ?
Users may encounter dropped frames during video playback using hardware acceleration in browsers on Radeon™ RX 6000 series GPUs.
If it was broken for you, it probably still is because this driver didn't fix anything.

I'm on 22.9.1 on my 6800XT. What are the best drivers since 22.5.1? I have a question. I read a lot here about UWP drivers? What are these? How to install? Any benefits over the Amd web drivers?

I'm also still on 22.5.1, i begin to regret i have changed from the green guys to the red. The first year with the 6900 i had nothing but crashes, till AMD released a fixed bios for the MOBO and gave us a stable gpu driver. Then they optimized the driver for better fps and i cannot use it because i cannot accept the bugs included. I have the feeling they don't care. MSFS dx12 is still beta, wonder what the next fiction will be to bring me to win 11. I also find it funny to watch a comparison video between the 22.5.1 and the latest "optimized" driver in AC Odyssey. Stutter festival.. 🙄
