Added DX 11 NAVI may have stuttering issues in some games. like 22.9.1... I test AC Odyssey, Origins in 22.9.1 compare I repack 22.5.1 WHQL Mod Repack. like the following video [youtube=qJB0UxJEpYA] 22.5.1 is smooth when playing, don't know why 22.9.1 has a stuttering problem. I mean lagging mouse in Chromium browsers and dropped frames on YouTube. And I own a 5700 XT, so it's not a 6000 series exclusive issue.

22.5.1 is smooth when playing, don't know why 22.9.1 has a stuttering problem.
Yeah that doesn't look good. That poor i3 is almost maxed out but it's the same on 22.5.1 and it doesn't stutter there. It's probably a driver bug... This is gonna turn into a big mess when they launch RDNA3. Probably new bugs and still many bugs on older generations....

I also find it funny to watch a comparison video between the 22.5.1 and the latest "optimized" driver in AC Odyssey. Stutter festival.. I saw that as well. But a funny thing happened whilst playing Odessey. It crashed and windows had to reboot itself and after that no driver issues. I have now made the decision to treat Radeon drivers like Bios only upgrade if you have to. 🙂

What brand of mouse do you use? What brand of mouse do you use? Corsair coon the latest iCUE driver v4.28.177 has latency issues and I don't recommend installing it. I noticed it because in Call of Duty 2022 beta I couldn't kill and I wondered why, so with LatencyMoon I saw that there was something wrong with the latencies and I investigated the drivers one by one .. ... Check and see if there is a similar problem with your drivers ... In Windows 11. It could be any kind of driver ....

Yeah...probably it's the same issue but they don't mention RDNA1. I don't know why only some people get this bug. What is causing it ? Is it the CPU, OS version, some RGB software or other drivers(keyboard/mouse/LAN/sound) ? People that have this issue should list their specs and see what they have in common lol.

Seems like most stable drivers are 22.5.1 thank god i only mostly play cs go and most other games i play are dx12

try to reset settings. in photoshop 2021 it works (except native drawing area, under preview techs, which is bugged on software side and should be fixed in 2022)

A4Tech Bloody, I already disabled Bloody7 program and the issue persists. The only driver with high latency (red area) in LatencyMon is dxgkrnl.sys, which I suppose is the GPU driver.

That's not the GPU driver. It's a directX system file. Did you run a dxdiag and a dsim command to see if there are issues with your directX files or with windows system files ? Do you get any errors in the windows system event viewer? Did you use DDU in safe mode to remove any old drivers ? Even Nvidia drivers if you had a Nvidia GPU in the past. It never hurts to check the basics.

Yes for PS 2021&2022 works but with bugs(on Adobe side), as soon as you move the light in 3D, objects disappear, despite having native disabled. 2020 version was fine and then 22H2 broke it, I don’t know is it MS or AMD I will continue to search for cure.

Its really weird man, i was having hardware acceleration stuttering with any driver above 22.6.1, i read about a fix online so decided to re-install 22.8.1 while i tested the fix and that was around a week ago but wasn't having any problems running 22.8.1, i updated to 22.8.2 and had no issues and again updated to this 22.9.1 and still haven't had a issue with hardware acceleration. I have no idea how or why but im having zero issues with even the latest drivers now.
