I partially agree, however I think it's best is to mix them, benchmarks and games to have the whole picture. If it's stability testing though, generally speaking, games are a much better tester than most benchmarks. I can have "solid" 3dmark/unigine clocks that will fail miserably in say BF1 or Witcher 3... 😛
