i'd say it would be an upgrade to take the "dominator platinum RGB airflow" device out of the system. Pros: Less noise Lower power usage Sell it,use money on hardware that actually makes sense Cons: None

Okay I’m usually one of the ones that is, “MOAR RGB!!” However I find this dumb, but I think ram coolers are dumb anyway.

Does RAM even get hot enough to warrant the need of this? This seems like such a pointless expense (then again, I find most of Corsair's products to be excessive or frivolous). I suppose if your rig only has negative pressure airflow, liquid cooling, and 4GHz+ RAM then this might be a good idea.

Im sorry that is just ugly and STUPID, RGB in a KB serves a useful purpose helps seeing keys in the dark, but RGB on memory serves no purpose. RGB this RGB that it really getting stupid. just like RGB with in a enclosed case is stupid. whats next RGB wires? maybe RGB speakers? how bout RGB monitor frames? Less emphasis, how things look and have no baring on the device performance and more emphasis, on improving stuff performance.

Personally, I feel RGB is good for changing and setting a static color. The barfing disk ball effects alot of rainbow obssessed do is annoying though.

Ive gotten as tired of seeing RGB overload on everything, as others have I'm sure.. however I feel like if you keep it tasteful it can be a great addition to a setup/system. Like all things, you can't buy taste.. and its easy to go overboard and make things look tacky with RGB. All that said, some of the products literally make me laugh out loud. The mousepads is one of my favorites.. its just.. why.
