I rushed into the OP video and I tough that was the entire game (always in that "virtual" world). Nothing similar to the last Deus Ex I played! I'm glad you put this video!

Isn't this very Watch Dog-ish no? Hacking nodes and security and stuff. Seems to have a very similar style to me anyway.

Predates watch dogs by 3 years, series by 14. But the hacking is more complex than watchdogs "press X to hack". You get a little minigame based on your skill, can only hack harder objects if you spend the right skill points. The games have been about secret surveillance since the start.
