The Ultimate Support for Consumer PCs To help customers get the most out of their technology, Dell offers a complete suite of leading-edge support options, including its top tier offer - Premium Support Plus. Powered by Dell's exclusive SupportAssist technology, it is the first and only consumer service to find issues proactively, predict problems before they start, remove viruses and optimize performance for consumer PCs. Premium Support Plus is available for all Dell XPS and Inspiron systems. SupportAssist automatically detects and proactively alerts Dell to: operating system issues, software upgrades, driver updates and patches, failures of hard drives, batteries, memory, internal cables, thermal sensors, heat sinks, fans, solid state drives and video cards. Not available on Linux, Windows RT, Windows 10S, Windows 10 CMIT Government Edition, Android, Ubuntu or Chrome based products. Predictive analysis failure detection includes hard drives, solid state drives, batteries and fans.
So... you're paying extra to get some spyware on your PC, that constantly scans your system with doubtable outcome, just to have not only updates forced onto your OS via win 10, but now also that "premium" support software? Okay... no thanks 😀

Btw. Dell added Ryzen APUs into 15" and 17" regular notebooks. Not into 2-in-1 (360°) 13" and 15". And funny thing is their level of customization. Win 10 Home upgrade to Pro, and improved warranty. Versions are even funnier. 2200U comes with 12GB of RAM and touch screen. 2500U comes in 8GB RAM w/o touch screen or 16GB RAM w/ touchscreen. Finally 2700U has no touchscreen even as option as their configuration choices are very limited. It is hard to believe that people responsible for those configurations are sane.
