As an owner of the Genome I. I can say I do like the case. I did have an issue a few weeks ago where a cooler hose on the cpu block blew out and coated the inside of the case and my video card with coolant. Ruined the video card. Multiple emails to there support email went unanswered. Got a new case and new video cards. I do like the improvements they have implemented. They need to improve their customer support though. Not fun having a $250 case spraying coolant everywhere and no customer support. Sorry to hear that. After reading several reports about the Genome where radiator and pump sealants blew between 1 - 4 months of use, I moved my hardware back into my old chassis, not taking any chances with obvious bad QC.

Leaks seem to be a big complaint for the original Genome the last time I looked at reviews. I almost bought it until I started reading so many complaints about leaking.

Oh wow, good to know this. If you guys stumble into issues and poor customer support, post about these things in the forums. Companies are very sensitive for that and it often can help you get things solved quicker. But that looks quite terrible, sorry that happened to you man.
