I've seen versions of this that didn't spin and whatnot but this is pretty impressive. I love how the fins open up, triggering the aiming lasers to activate. And the battery pack system is nice too. 🙂 That being said, those lasers are not toys, which is why I'm guessing he won't release plans. I have a 1W laser and you have to wear safety glasses when using it. It'll blind a person in less than half a second in direct contact and just looking at the beam from the side is enough to screw your vision up after a while. It's pretty neat how it can cut through stuff when all safety precautions are taken though.
