I have an Archer C7. Tbh, not that impressed with its 2.4ghz performance. And 5ghz mostly useful if in same room as router (or not more than 1 wall in between). But its LAN throughput on the gigabyte ports is quite good. The D-link looks and specs like a beast, 1ghz dual core and (most likely) superior Broadcom chipsets (vs Atheros for C7). The D-link has 6 external antennas (3 for 2.4ghz, 3 for 5ghz), The Archer C7 has 3 externals for 5ghz and 3 internals for 2.4ghz (which may compromise its performance in this band, at least as far as flexible positioning is concerned). The D-links performance should be superior to the C7 and does the 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands simultaneously while the C7 only one at a time. Only thing going for the C7 is price vs other competing routers imo. But the D-link is way and above its league and should not be comparable at its higher price.

Actually I'm using the C7 and it can work on both 2.4 and 5Ghz concurrent.
I know the option is there to use concurrently but on some earlier models (v1, 1.1 like mine vs v2, v3) they didnt work concurrently. Not sure if its been fixed through firmware updates or later revisions. I just have it set to 2.4ghz for its better coverage.
The AC3200 has six antennas because it actually has two separate 5Ghz radios. There's the Archer C3200 which also uses two 5Ghz radios and six antennas.
What about the 2.4ghz radio? Where are its antennas? Or are they 2ea for each band?
