I like the way this game forces you to make choices of loyalty, I've just gone down the 'Songbird Vs Idris' road. In this respect I play it like a do work, 100% loyalty to the client over friends or work colleagues. Professional credibility pays better than how big your friends list is 😀

Havent even finished it. Every time theres a rumor of some magical patch that adds or fixes things, I stop playing. Then restart the game when patched. On my 4th playthough without finishing it.

Can we now get a FSR3 support? :P

Is there any glaringly obvious, maybe technical reason that it hasn't happened?

I know the reason. CDPR head is too far into nvidias ass.

Yeah, I tried the "Prioritize P cores" setting. It stuttered like heck. Not good.

Why the heck does it even exist? 1% low fps increase with e-cores on on 13700K. Also, looks like the game's optimization has gone down the drain with updates? It dips into 70-ish fps on my 5700X even with RT off...

Its part of the game i suppose, like Far Cry and Starfield with AMD.

It's kind of worse, because including FSR 3 would benefit Nvidia users on Pre-4000 GPUs. Par for the course with Nvidia though. New ways of tessellating the seafloor.

Cant see much difference to be honest, maybe the image quality is a little better. Then again im on the PL missions which look better anyway.

Indeed. FSR3 would benefit everyone. Intel Arc, AMD 5000/6000/7000, nvidia RTX20/30 users. They are literally mods from a single person that adds frame generation to Cyberpunk. There is no reason we didnt get a official support already other than CDPR is taking their time on purpose.

At least then there can't be any excuses for potential issues with the implementation. But I also wouldn't rule out the mod to work better...

Nvidia has state they not blocking FSR no? I mean they have no reason to is universal agree DLSS is better then FSR. less of coasrse they dont want NVIDIA user that cant use DLSS using FSR/Intels verison cause at that point they not selling cards to those people. FSR/Intels verison might be worse but at it can be use on all cards, which benfit to to all

Nvidia has of course never lied before.

I mean theres tons of games with both. From what I read FSR3 add-on mods have a lot of issues with ghosting in vehicles - they probably want to fix that before shipping it but idk I never used it.
https://forums.guru3d.com/data/avatars/m/251/251189.jpg
AMD also said they are not "blocking" DLSS, just "prioritizing" FSR. Nvidia didn't say something similar which can be read as indirect discrimination of competitors (or actually their customers). That's good. But they can still be best buddies with some developers for whatever reason, lots of indirect ways possible to hurt the competition. There are lots of Nvidia developers even listed in CP77 credits, looks like the RT is mostly "Nvidia code". And in Ratchet & Clank, RT reflections don't have annoying flicker only with DLSS, even game's own TAA has it (also on GeForces). Isn't broken on consoles...

Comparing FSR FG and DLSS FG every reviewer will mention the same there is no difference. You dont need ML for the FG part and quality is the same between two. FSR3 FG also uses less vram and its more performant. You know nvidia would not like that comparison in their sponsored game.

Wouldn't you think the official implementation would be better than a mod some guy did on his patrion? Few games already have both FSR FG and DLSS FG there is no difference other than upscaling part.
