960 GB that sound good under $600 that not a bad starting price(from TPU). i wonder if it still using the same controller from the M4

Hmm. "...but 130MB/s to 400MB/s on writes depending on capacity..." 130MB/s for the 120GB? Really? And here I thought my M4's 200MB/s write was bad. Not that I would notice it besides benchmarking but just saying. 2013 and 130MB/s seems a bad combo imho. P.S: 960GB SSD with 500/400MB/s read/write for UNDER £450/€550 euros? Take my money!

There isnt anything wrong with it , at least for strong majority of people. (Got my self 5 M4, all working superb 🙂 )

what u mean? I have 2x M4 raid 0 and since 2011 and there are't any problem yet
