This one reminds me about R.A.T. from Mad Catz. I'm looking for a ergonomic gaming mouse. Something similar to this: https://evoluent.com/products/vm4r/ Anyone happen to know if that kind of thing exists or why companies don't make those? 🙁

Yeah, it looks kinda like R.A.T., but I think it might be more comfortable. The top appears to be slippery, but perhaps it's just the photo. Also, the tube that hold the cable may twist your mouse during faster movements. Regarding ergo mice, there are some options. A friend of mine, who had wrist injury, uses RollerMouse - http://ergo.contour-design.com/ It's not exactly cheap and it's not a mouse, but it moves the cursor and works well everywhere except for fast games. One gets used to it in a few days. Microsoft used to offer ergonomic mice for some time, and here's their latest product, which seems to be the least radical so far: http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/p/sculpt-ergonomic-mouse/L6V-00001 I haven't used it, so I'd rather suggest you watch some reviews and try it out before purchase. However, here's what I found: Get yourself a comfortable desk and chair first, really Get a keyboard that works well - be it mechanical or good rubber dome, so you don't stress your fingers If you don't have to look at keyboard while typing, move your wrists from time to time, so they don't stay in place for longer periods Get yourself a wrist support bar or ensure that your wrists stay in the air from time to time while typing, effectively avoiding pulling your palms up Don't claw grip your mouse and don't use too much force when holding it - relax if you're irritated If you can't hold your mouse comfortably with minimum force while gaming, replace it Some mice are stupidly comfortable and cause virtually no fatigue even when used for longer periods, eg Razer DeathAdder (which I can't recommend because of terrible software), or Logitech G700(s) (which my brother loves, but it's a bit too heavy for me); Bloody A9/A90 are also surprisingly good $20 mice. Yesterday I ordered Bloody T70 as a Razer Mamba rage quit statement; I'll tell how it works. The best option would be if you could borrow one from a friend, use for a few days, and decide. What works well for one person, may not work for other - we're all different.

I absolutely loath when these companies use that fabric stuff on the cord... it always frays and comes apart over time. I've had to replace the cable on my Logitech G9 Laser because of this reason, the G9 is a very nice mouse. My ideal mouse is the Logitech G5 Laser, it was just so damn comfortable...... I wish I knew how to fix usb cords back when I had one... I threw it away xD
