spec wise this seems like a solid PSU with a decent warranty length too.

:d "Semi-Fanless" does not exist. It either has fan or does not have one. "Zero RPM mode" would be proper marketing. But most PSUs just advertise "ECO" mode which turns off fan when PSU is cool.

Perhaps the fan disappears when its not in use or they use a semi-silent fan that's only silent when its off.
