IF you need a mic then this Corsair might well be a good headset BUT if you don't need a mic then I'd recommend the Sony WH-1000M3 noise-cancelling headphones instead. The latest version is the M4 but the M3's are much cheaper. I use the M3's with BT when gaming, my Corsair AIO 360 goes to max fan speeds when I play newer gamers at max quality settings on my ASUS PG35VQ 35" widescreen. This is a high frequency fan noise but noisy enough. Silent when using noise-cancelling headphones thankfully.
The Sony's will also be better for music and can be used for travelling. PS: Love my CoolerMaster H500 Mesh but what a shame the top glass panel can't, like the front, be swapped out for a mesh filter. There is clearly inadequate cooling provided by the two slots either side of the top glass panel.
