I just bought the Corsair AX1200i Digital ATX '80 Plus Platinum' Modular Power Supply 3 days ago and very impressed by it. Runs silent the fan doesn't kick in until it hits 500 watts or so and with Corsair link 2 you can monitor power draw and temps of the psu your cpu and gpu.

I have the AX750 which is gold rated. Excellent PSU. These can only be better.

I will never skimp on PSU's, these are very nice indeed. I'm a be quiet! fan, my current PSU is now probably 4 or 5 years old and it's solid as a rock.

:) Its a great PSU, I have one too. Looks like I wont be getting one of these new ones with danglies for another 5 to 10 years, the AX750 also has a 7 year warranty (as you probably know well). There is no need to monitor anything anyway.

I actually wish I could monitor power draw. I can't find any of those wall-plugs which show the wattage, locally here in South Africa 🙁 But yeah, it's definitively a solid PSU and the 7 year warranty was certainly a great selling point for me 🙂
