I was just looking at there website and the only have the 2x8 pin to 12 pin cables. Some of the adaptors i've seen so far are 4x8 pin to a 12 pin cable.

If I do end up getting one of the 4090 models at least I can order a cable for my AXi1200.

these plug directly into the modular panel of the psu the 4 plug adapters plug into the end of 8pin cables.

Looks like my RM850x just about cuts the cake, I have to use the shorter cable variant according to their compatibility list.

wat! the shorter cable variant is for the SFF (yellow dot on chart) not the RM850x

Hopefully CableMod will make replacememt kits as well if even 4060s will use that new connector.

Hi guys, I will need a little help here, I have trouble reading the compatibility list. I have the Corsair HX1000i W Platinum PSU, the one with the blue accents and with the old USB port for the LINK connector. All cable connectors that go on to the PSU have TYPE 3 written on them. That means that the adaptor won't do? Or am missing something here? The following photo shows my PSU connections panel. https://static.onlinetrade.ru/img/fullreviews/80666/3_big.jpg The full specs of the PSU is the following: https://www.amazon.ca/Corsair-HX1000i-Performance-Supply-CP-9020074-NA/dp/B00M2UINT6?th=1 I would appreciate your help-comments.

You should be good to go. Your PSU is in compatibility list and PCIE connectors are compatible with both Type 3 and Type 4 cables. Only 24-pin ATX cable isn't compatible with Type 4, but doesn't matter as that's the motherboard cable, unrelated to graphics cards. https://www.corsair.com/us/en/psu-cable-compatibility PSA about this compatibility list. I've seen some people do not understand how to use it. Follow "Type 4 - PCIe" table row, if you see orange circle next to your PSU model, that means you can use Corsair's 12VHPWR cable.

Has the Corsair cable released? I read shipments start on the 29th of September but I never saw it in stock. Did it go up for pre-order and went out of stock at some point or is it just delayed? Thanks
