Personally not a fan of H2O cooling, but it does looks nice.

My last three PCs have had AIO liquid coolers. I don't see why the next one wouldn't have as well, when the time comes. They have been jolly good; decently silent and get the heat straight out of the case, instead of leaving it inside.
