The worrying thing about all these 4090 cards is the size of the cooler, its monstrous tbh I normally liquid cool anyway but my 3090 can hit 60c in an intense session and I have plenty of cooling, I did run it as air for a week whilst waiting for the cooler and boy did that thing throw some heat into the case, I can only imagine how hot this thing must get with the cooler they have fitted, god help your ram and chipset temps!
