There is still one area where water block can improve or fail. That's Laminar Flow vs Turbulent Flow. And user plays role in this too depending on pump setup.

Also, will the Velocity performance improve, when using that 0.6 Jet-Plate?

In the conclusion it states that the all-nickel EK-quantum magnitude had superior performance but was the comment about great looking RGB with the partially transparent acetal top or the all nickel? Its Ā£23 more for any "accent" including RGB and Ā£30 more for the nickel top.

$210 - $270 for a waterblock? Don't get me wrong, it's a nice block. But for that kind of money i'd definitely buy an Aquacomputer Cuplex Kryos NEXT with vario, OLED display, and the .925 silver bottom plate.
