Well my PC meets the minimum spec but then it says it is not upgradable to 11. It does not tell me why, as far as I can see. but recommends buying a new machine ... hmmm. Actually, I don't know if I have :- TPM Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0 What is that?

It doesn't seem to want to run for me... nothing appears and when I check task manager it is just there in the background using 80.4mb Restarted, run it again, didn't start. Is there a trick to this?

When the message prompt said "by enabling TPM 2.0 if the security key stored within windows bitlocker and Amd Bios Agesa are different, you will not be able to unlock your computer" I told myself " screw it ", i'm in no hurry to beta test win11

It says that it needs MINIMUM DX12 GPU with WDDM 2.x, but some folks tested it in clearly WDDM 1.x, pre 2009 GPU-s too. Wondering if it will work on old hardwares like Terascale.

I've seen people running this check tool from within Windows 11 and it's saying the system doesn't meet requirements to run Windows 11.
https://i.imgur.com/SUXGiR8.gif
Wouldn't that just be if you encrypted the hard drive?

Does someone know if secure boot is required to be enabled to boot W11? I can't enable it because I use an unsigned Linux bootloader.

My 6700k is not good enough for windows 11 lol. Can't find intel ptt/TPM in my maximus 8 hero bios either. Meh.

Apparently my 5900X is 5 years old and can’t run 11. Great tool. I can’t be arsed troubleshooting, but I’m assuming it wants fTPM on, CSM off and Secure Boot on, thus a GPT formatted boot drive.

Windows 11 will be offered as a free update for supported computers. The good news is that Microsoft makes available for download a new tool called "PC Health Check" that allows users to c... Check if your PC is compatible with the Microsoft Windows 11 tool
The idea is cool but a bit "biased", let me explain: I run the test on a PC... "your computer can't be upgraded to Windows 11, you will still recieve Windows 10 update" I click ok and it show me "here is a list of computer to update your material with Windows 11" And the 1st one on the list is *drum roll* THE ONE WHERE I HAVE TESTED THE TOOL, not a similar one or one with one spec that is not the same: the exact model that sit in front of me for this test. This "test" is just to make you buy new PC, don't believe this crap. *edit*: we use TPM 2.0 module on this computer, so it is not due to TPM.
