I do wonder sometimes how much money Activision has made on the call of duty series, this one is going in my library for sure, one of my all time favorites .

it Activision, what you expect? they fall in to the same category as Crapcom, which is milk it till it utters are dry.
Crapcom took the last thing they make i liked wanted to see again and turned into and mobile game. Breath of fire 6, and Activision make nothing i care about.

They try to get money for this boring game non stop ... there are no limits of what 1 company can get for 1 series of 20 games ... and they keep going. I don't know if the fault on the youngsters that found this game, or the fault of the adults ones who play it since it was released ..

At the time of release this was one of my favourite games, don't know how it would hold up now when everything after was pretty much copy and paste.
Not paying what they want for it though.

I never understood why the call of duty franchise is so expensive. Even when on sale on steam its like 10% off and pricey as fack. It is really milking the cows apparently.

No, it was never released on it's own and came bundled with the last COD game.

do i think most italian/german sportscars as overpriced ? yes.
do i want one? for some yes, for some, no.
can i afford one right now? no.
but that doesnt mean im going around whining that i cant buy it, or that i dont like the company getting my money, because other ppl had bought their (almost) "unchanged" product for the past 30y at those prices
a company offers a product for a certain price.
you like it, you can afford it, then buy it.
or you dont. no one gets forced at gunpoint.
same goes for everything else we "want" (opposite of what we "need" to live (e.g. air/water/nutrition).
plus, most of us here have at least once, spend more than 40$ on even more stupid stuff than a game 🙄

Well, they owe me one free CoD with all DLCs. And since they will not give that to me, I am not going to pay for any CoD ever again.
It is that simple, they promised features and they did not deliver them. But they did postpone them to next CoD game. This kind of false advertisement I consider as theft + their multiplayer anti-cheat support which is part of their business model is shameful.
Since CoD 2, none of CoD had value 60 Euro, yet additional bonus for rehashed/reskinned old maps.
And for that I and all my friends are now free from CoD for quite some years. Unfortunately audience is large and for every lost client there is growing replacement.
I really wonder how many great games could fit into void created by removal of CoD from market.

1 word- KINGUIN.Wait till it releases then check the website,I am pretty sure we can find it for 50-80% off so maybe $10-$15 bucks.Hell they even sell Legit Windows 10 for $20 bucks,You cant beat those prices!
I agree nobody is forcing us but the way life is these days we all want nice things,not many of us can afford them so we need to cut corners when possible-KINGUIN lol.

I actually prefer remasters of older games, it's nice to revisit something from the past but at the very least have the dated parts minimised.
I've never properly played the first two games and the third game not at all, so I would pay for them if remastered.
$40 for just this would be a no, but $60 for say 1-4 remastered would be a definite buy for me, maybe even 1-3 and then 4-6. It would be miking an old product, but if there is a market for it then why not.
